We process information about workspace administrators and team members who sign up and use our dashboard. We also process information necessary to deliver messaging features when your workspace is connected to WhatsApp. People who only message your business on WhatsApp should read your own privacy notice; they may also have rights under Meta’s policies.
Depending on your region, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g. securing the Service), consent where required, and legal obligation.
We use infrastructure and subprocessors (e.g. hosting, database) to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. Meta processes WhatsApp data under its own policies when you use their APIs.
We keep data as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion as described on our Data deletion page.
