By accessing or using the WhatBots.io website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WhatBots.io provides tools to configure WhatsApp-related automation, flows, team inboxes, and related features. The Service depends on third parties (including Meta / WhatsApp) that are not under our control. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating law; sending spam or unlawful content; infringing others’ rights; attempting to breach security; reverse engineering except as permitted by law; or using the Service in a way that could harm us, users, or third parties. You are responsible for your workspace’s messaging content and compliance with applicable marketing, telecom, and data-protection rules.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service. You represent you have the rights needed to grant this licence.
Integrations (e.g. WhatsApp Cloud API) are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred (100) USD, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of WhatBots.io, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, subject to non-waivable rights you may have.
